I’m honoured to be acknowledged by the CEO Today Executive Coaching Awards. This recognition is particularly special, as CEO Today was a resource I used in 2017 to understand boardroom dynamics. It validates my twodecade commitment to healthcare and the push for equitable career growth. A glaring absence of diversity in healthcare leadership roles catalysed the formation of Limitless Nurses. We aim to provide an inclusive ecosystem for diverse professionals to develop essential skills and advance their careers through tailored coaching, mentoring and facilitation.
