I am a consultant and Professional Certified Executive Coach (MBA, PCC and CPQC). I coach C-suite and senior executives on leadership development and challenging transitions. Originally from Brazil, I moved to London in 2001 after my MBA at Harvard. Prior to coaching, I worked in financial services (six years at JP Morgan - Sao Paulo and New York and eight years at American Express UK) and worked and consulted for non-profits (Save the Children UK, Lemann Foundation). Today, I offer coaching and consultancy for corporates and individuals, host coaching groups, coach for women returners and speak at events. I am also on the Board of the International Coaching Federation (UK ICF). I am particularly interested in human behaviour, neuroscience and habit formation, and I apply the Positive Intelligence method in my coaching. I live in London with my family (three children and my Norwegian husband), and love travelling, exercising and spending time with family and friends.
