Born in Kuwait in 1974, Nisreen has lived in Kuwait, Jordan, and now resides in the United Arab Emirates with her three amazing children, raising them as a proud and dedicated single parent.
Professional experience
Professionally, Nisreen serves as the Compliance Lead for the EEMEAIS region at Roche Pharmaceuticals, bringing over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise spans ethics, risk, and compliance, where she supports business leaders in performing with integrity. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles such as Country Head and Business Unit Director, gaining in-depth knowledge in cardiovascular, gastroenterology, diabetes, oncology, infectious diseases, and neuroscience. Nisreen's focus on unlocking potential in people and teams has fueled her passion for human growth and personal development.
In 2020, Nisreen became a certified Co-Active Coach, and by 2022, she earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her mission is to support visionary leaders dedicated to building a better future for themselves and society.
